Bruno Bruniquel, Chairman of the Board of Bruniquel & Associates (Pty) Ltd founded the company in His IR experience includes strategy development, all aspects of handling discipline and grievances, negotiating and dispute and strike handling. As an official of the Guardian Employers Organisation he has represented employers in CCMA and bargaining council conciliation and arbitration hearing and has the distinction of never having lost a CCMA arbitration. Bruno is a strong supporter of the SA Board for Personnel Practice with whom he is registered as a Chartered HR practitioner, Generalist and a Mentor. Appointed to the Board of the Company in 2010 Musawakhe is currently the Managing Director of Bruniquel & Associates with considerable experience in managing SME’s. Having joined B&A as a course developer, Bradley has extended himself into facilitation and development, covering the full spectrum of B&A products. With a keen interest in leadership and people development, Bradley’s experience in group and individual counselling has proved an invaluable asset to the development of B&A’s leadership series and interventions. Bradley has also developed his knowledge and skill in employee relations and is used regularly to consult on IR and HR matters. Bradley offers B&A client’s an unique advantage due to his background; not only from a business development perspective but also from a people development perspective. His philosophy that any company can be successful but it takes remarkable people to create remarkable companies is the backdrop to B&A’s leadership training and development. He is a registered Practitioner with the HPCSA, a registered facilitator and assessor, as well as a registered Learning and Development specialist with the SABPP. Rekha who joined B&A in 1998 is the Company’s appointed SDF, responsible for the accreditation of B&A’s training programmes. She also handles the purchasing and general administration functions for the Company. She is registered as an SDF for various Setas and assists clients in all matters to do with accreditation, employment equity and skills development claims. Lisa during her time with B&A has had extensive training and has operated as a consultant, training facilitator and senior account manager. She has also served on the Board for the past five years and therefore has a solid understanding of our business and our client needs.
