I have done my Master's degree on the impact of adoption and my PhD in Educational Psychology on coping after divorce.Finding help can be scary but also a life changing event.

People wanting help and assistance to overcome a wide variety of behavioral and emotional difficulties can consult a counselor. These range from relationship difficulties, personal difficulties such as experiencing discouragement, despair and hopelessness. Counselors can also assist with decision making, crises and traumas, questions regarding life, religion, future plans and career guidance. Counseling take place in a safe, private (confidential), non-judgmental, non-threatening environment aimed to encourage openness and honesty.
