Encouring our employees to have a positive attitude with regard to preserving of our environment for the future generation. Seven, fully equipped and experienced teams available. Each team has an appointed Supervisor, trained First Aider, and experienced and trained Beltsplicers and Beltsplice Assistants. Tools, Equipment and Vehicles are listed on registers, inspected monthly, and maintained. Testing Certificates of Lifting Equipment are available at all times. Material Safety Data Sheets of Hazardous Chemical Substances used, are available at all times. Each scope of work to be done, has a documented Risk Assessment and documented Standard Operating Procedures. All employees are trained in the Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures. These generators can be used on Site, if no electricity/power is available, as per Customer request. The install of and removing of any length of Conveyor Belt, as required by the Customer, can be done by our experienced staff, on Site. All types of Clipjoints, as required by the Customer, can be done on Site, All types of Clips are also available at our Workshop. Hot and Cold Repairs of any size and length, can be done, on Site. All types and sizes of Pulleylagging (which includes Ceramic lagging and the crowning of a pulley) can be done on Site and in our Workshop. Ceramic Tiling of Chutes and Pipes, as per Customer request, can be done, on Site and in our Workshop. A Trailer and Truck is available to off-load requested Conveyor Belt on Site.
